General Engineering Consultants’ Services were needed for the Illinois Tollway System in 12 Northern Counties.

Scope of Services

• • Develop work procedures and update design manuals and standards
  • Review investigation reports and design plan specifications and special provisions and provide comments for compliance with Tollway standards
  • Contact administration, process change orders and contract modifications
  • Perform annual inspection of Tollway assets
  • Prepare annual trust indenture report for compliance with bond requirements
  • Collaborate with ISTHA Project Managers, Design Section Engineers, and Construction Managers to identify design and construction issues and develop recommendations
  • Coordinate and issue overweight permits
  • Additional functions as directed by Tollway
