GSG managed the demolition of the historic 16-story Cook County Health Administration Building, originally built in 1931 and totaling over 324,000 square feet. Though mostly vacated, the building still housed approximately 10,000 square feet of trade offices and storage for Buildings and Grounds on the basement and ground floors.
