GSG provided civil engineering services for the development of three new retail buildings—two quick-service restaurants on Palatine Road and one commercial outlet on Rand Road.

Scope of Services

• • Prepare preliminary and final engineering plans for site layout, paving, grading and drainage, water and sanitary service connections
  • Complete the design elements including demolition, horizontal geometry, pavement, site grading, underground utilities, stormwater management and erosion control
  • Stormwater analysis and detention basin modifications
  • Construction documents per Village and MWRD standards
  • Cost estimating, SWPPP preparation, and permitting
