Scope of Services

• • Work included Phase I ESA, Comprehensive Site Investigation (CSI), environmental drilling, and survey services
  • We developed and executed a tailored sampling plan, performed lab testing and soil analysis, and prepared regulatory reports to ensure compliance
  • GSG created a remedial action plan and delivered on-site construction support, ensuring environmentally responsible and efficient project execution
  • Supervised removal and decommissioning of three underground storage tanks (USTs)
  • Conducted field sampling of excavation pits for BTEX and PNA contaminants
  • Prepared and submitted IEPA field report in compliance with LUST requirements
  • Oversaw excavation and disposal of contaminated soil to a Subtitle D landfill
