Our team conducted a comprehensive Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at a 6.57-acre property located in Oakbrook Terrace/Villa Park, Illinois. The site is currently utilized as a vehicle maintenance and storage facility and includes a one-story maintenance building, multiple storage sheds, material storage bins, a salt dome, asphalt-paved driveways and parking areas, and an underground storage tank (UST) with a dispensing island.
