GSG conducted a geophysical survey on a former commercial site. The current site is a vacant, grass-covered lot with a fenced concrete pad located in the northwest corner. Historical records and aerial imagery indicate the property once contained a commercial building and parking lot.

To support future development, a non-destructive geophysical survey was conducted to identify potential subsurface anomalies, such as remnants of underground structures or utilities from the previous development. The use of advanced geophysical methods (GPR) allowed for a thorough investigation without disturbing the ground, providing valuable data to guide planning and construction efforts.
