GSG provided construction management and inspection services for roadway and infrastructure improvements in Crystal Lake, including pavement widening, resurfacing, curb and gutter, sidewalks, lighting, traffic signals, storm sewer, and water main work along Main Street and IL 176.

Scope of Services

• Managed contract documentation: daily diaries, reports, pay estimates, and logs
• Led weekly progress meetings with IDOT, the City, and contractors
