GSG provided Phase III Construction Engineering Services for CDOT’s streetscape and resurfacing project along Ashland Avenue. Work included roadway resurfacing, new sidewalks, driveways, curbs, concrete bus pads, pavers-on-slab, pavement markings, and drainage and utility upgrades. Streetscape enhancements featured landscaping, tree preservation/planting, and the installation of street furniture such as benches, bike racks, planters, and decorative elements.
