GSG performed a geotechnical investigation and Civil Engineering Services for a proposed 4,000 SY concrete parking addition at the Illinois National Guard facility near County Rd 1300 E and 1700 N.

Scope of Services

• Trenching, augering, pipe installation, castings, backfilling of trenches, compaction, storm sewer construction
• Final Stabilization
• Erosion Control
• Drilled five borings to 10 feet and logged soil conditions
• Performed lab testing per ASTM standards and field strength tests
• Analyzed subsurface data to develop design recommendations
• Delivered a complete geotechnical report for site development
