Bill is a Professional Wetland Scientist with our Natural Resources Group in Schaumburg, IL.  He is one of our lead scientists with over 19 years of experience in environmental management, protection, and restoration. Bill’s experience includes directing multi-faceted natural resource investigations, wetland delineations and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) assessments.  Bill has extensive experience working with local and interstate transportation projects, oil and gas transmission and distribution projects, and with ground and surface water quality programs at solid waste landfill facilities.

Bill specializes in maintaining regulatory compliance and minimizing environmental impacts of infrastructure improvement programs. His areas of expertise include: Wetland Delineation, Environmental Permitting, Erosion Control, Ecological Restoration, Stream Characterization, Water Quality, and Natural Channel Design. Bill has conducted environmental compliance audits, prepared Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Plans and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.

Bill graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources and Environmental Science.  He remains at the forefront of his profession by belonging to organizations that promote environmental planning and collaboration through leadership and forward thinking.  Currently Bill is a Member of the Illinois Association of Environmental Professionals and sits on several committees for American Council of Engineering Companies.  These organizations promote the awareness of environmental concerns in planning and decision making.

Bill has two sons and enjoys traveling and planning adventures with them. When not with his sons, Bill enjoys home improvement projects.
