GSG’s Project Management team has been collaborating with The City of Chicago and Department of Aviation (CDA) on the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for the O’Hare 21 Terminal Area Plan (TAP), valued at over $8.9 Billion. Program components included at O’Hare: a new International Terminal, renovations of Terminals 1 and 3, runway reconstruction and maintenance, and at Midway: terminal parking, curbside improvements, baggage handling, security, and concessions improvements, and ground vehicle circulation and parking.
